Vegetable polysaccharide capsule (pullulan), organic cassava (root), magnesium stearate, silica.

Free from gluten, wheat, corn, soy, dairy, gelatin, and artificial colors and flavors.

Suggested Use

For 500 mg of Vitamin C, adults take 4 capsules daily. For 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, adults take 4 capsules twice daily. Preferably take with food. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended dose.
