Suggested Use

For adults, take one-half (1/2) teaspoon daily (approximately 2.5 dropperfuls). This product is highly concentrated, contains no added preservatives, flavors, or sweeteners, and has a very strong taste. To help mask the concentrated mineral flavor, the 1/2 teaspoon serving size can be mixed with juice or food and be spread throughout the day.
