What is Maca Root?

Maca (Lepidium meyenii), is a plant native to the high-altitude regions of the Andes Mountains in Peru. It belongs to the Brassicaceae plant family, which also includes vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and kale. Maca root has been cultivated and used as a dietary staple by the indigenous people of the Andes for thousands of years and is recognized for its ability to sustain energy and support a healthy libido. Suggested Use

Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, take 1 ml three (3) times a day in water, juice, smoothie or your favorite beverage daily. Best taken between meals.
