Formulated without: Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.
