Dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, crospovidone, maltodextrin, contains 2 percent or less of (artifical flavor, beet root extract [color], glyceryl behenate, gum arabic, menthol, silicon dioxide, sucralose, sucrose esters of fatty acids).
Formulated without milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.
