Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, contains 2 percent or less of (citric acid, coconut oil, carnauba wax, fruit and vegetable juice (color), natural flavors, sodium citrate).

No allergens: milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame. 

Suggested Use

For children ages 4 and up, take 1 or 2 gummies 30 minutes before bedtime. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
