Suggested Use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 oz. of water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after workout. Do not exceed 1 serving in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
