Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xylitol, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, vegetable glycerin, and steviol glycosides. 

Suggested Use

Adults 18+, take 1 strip daily or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. If taking directly, dissolve in mouth before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
