Ingredients

Beef tallow, organic beeswax, organic nigella sativa (black cumin seed) oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil, manuka honey. 

Suggested Use

1. Take a small amount on your finger (a little goes a long way).
2. Allow balm to melt in the palm your hand.
3. Gently massage onto desired area.
4. Store at room temperature. If the balm liquefies due to heat, this is normal-simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate to solidify it again.
