Suggested Use

Remove the pad from its protective film. Insert hand into the sleeve, mesh yellow side facing up. Gently rub skin from the neck down in a circular motion to exfoliate. Repeat with the smooth white side to cleanse skin, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
