Suggested Use

1. After washing your feet and drying thoroughly, remove the heel masks and tear them apart along the perforated line.

2. Put your hands between the linings and tear until you reach the corners.

3. Wear the longer end of the mask on the sole and then fasten the mask on top of the ankle with the sticker band.

4. After 10-20 minutes, remove the heel masks and gently pat to absorb the remaining essence.

*While wearing masks, massage lightly for more effective absorption of the active ingredients.
