100% whole grain rolled oats, cane sugar, semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dextrose, sunflower lecithin), pea protein concentrate with tapioca starch, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate with sunflower lecithin, cocoa, sea salt.
Contains milk. Due to processing on shared equipment, contains trace amounts of egg, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.
Suggested Use
- Add 1/3 cup water or milk & stir well.
- Microwave for 30-45 seconds or Steep for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave directions:
- Tear packet open and add contents to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup water (use milk for extra protein).
- Stir until combined.
- Based on desired texture, heat in microwave on high for 30-45 seconds.*
Steeping directions:
- Empty contents into a bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup hot water (use milk for extra protein).
- Stir well, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
