Ingredients

100% whole grain rolled oats, cane sugar, semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dextrose, sunflower lecithin), pea protein concentrate with tapioca starch, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate with sunflower lecithin, cocoa, sea salt.

Contains milk.

Due to processing on shared equipment, contains trace amounts of egg, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Suggested Use

  • Add water or milk until oatmeal is covered then stir well
  • Microwave 30-45 Seconds 

Microwave directions:

  1. Remove sealed lid.
  2. Add about 1/3 cup water or milk until oatmeal is covered.
  3. Stir well and heat for 30-45 seconds.

Steeping directions:

  1. Peel lid back halfway.
  2. Add about 1/3 cup hot water or milk, stir, and cover for 2 minutes.

Warnings
