Ingredients

100% whole grain oats, cane sugar, pea protein concentrate with tapioca starch, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate with sunflower lecithin, blueberries, sea salt, cream, natural flavor citric acid. 

Contains milk. 

Due to processing on shared equipment, contains trace amounts of egg, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Suggested Use

Warm fresh Oatmeal in seconds.

Add water or milk until oatmeal is covered then stir well.

Microwave Directions: 

  1. Remove sealed lid.
  2. Add about 1/3 cup water or milk until oatmeal is covered.
  3. Stir well and heat for 30-45 seconds.

Steeping Directions: 

  1. Peel lid back halfway.
  2. Add about 1/3 cup hot water or milk, stir, and cover for 2 minutes.

Warnings

Cup and contents will be hot.
