Material Composition: 51% Cotton, 39.4% gel, 9% spandex, 0.2% jojoba oil, 0.2% olive oil, 0.2% vitamin E. 

Hand wash cold ≤ 30° Water & line dry only. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, tumble dry, or wring.

Suggested Use

1. Apply your favorite moisturizer or cream to your heels.
2. Put on socks & wear for 20-30 minutes or as desired for a rich spa experience.
