Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop in 12-16 ounces of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout.
Warnings
Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.
Contains 274 mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products or if you are sensitive to caffeine because caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heartbeat.
