Suggested Use
Soak dried mushrooms in water for 5~6 hours to make mushrooms soft. Please make sure that the mushrooms are completely placed in water.
Cooking Direction
Tempura: After draining, prepare with Tempura Batter Mix and fry.
Barbecued: Put on skewer with meat, vegetables etc. Soak in Teriyaki sauce for a minute and barbecue.
