Suggested Use
Preparing Directions
- Soak dried shiitake mushroom to make them soft and remove the tough stem in warm water at least 30 minutes. (For best result, soak for 8 hours or overnight).
- Drain and squeeze well.
- Remove the stems if needed.
- Add to sauce, soup, stew, fry, barbecue, and other variety of recipes.
Cooking Directions
- Tempura: After draining, prepare with Tempura Batter Mix and fry.
- Barbecued: Put on skewer with meat, vegetables etc. Soak in Teriyaki sauce for a minute and barbecue.
