Suggested Use

Mix one serving (1 scoop) with 6-8 oz. of water 30-40 minutes before your workout. For maximum results, mix two servings (2 scoops) with 12-16 oz. of water 30-40 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed a 2 scoop serving in a 24 hour period.
