Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving of AMINO-GRO® in 10 fl. oz. of cold water. Consume 1-3 servings per day depending on your training goals. AMINO-GRO can be used throughout the day or for a pre-workout, intra-workout or post-workout boost. Use AMINO-GRO on its own or in combination with other iSatori supplements.
