Suggested Use
(Adult) For daily maintenance, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels, twice per day, with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. For a more immediate response, take four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels one hour before activity.
Do not take more than four (4) Liquid Soft-Gels in one day.
