Olive oil, gelatin, sorbitol, yellow beeswax, water, glycerin; less than 2% of: color (black iron oxide, red iron oxide), ethanol, medium chain triglycerides, soy lecithin.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 softgel with a glass of water. For best results, take 3 times a day before or during meals.
