Suggested Use

Saturate wool or cotton flannel and place over abdomen or other areas. Apply mild heat to support absorption. Wipe off excess oil after use. For sensitive skin, test a small amount of oil on the inner arm to check for a reaction prior to using elsewhere. Do not use oil on damaged or broken skin. Do not apply near your eyes.
