Suggested Use

Immediate Support - Take 1 softgel every 2-3 hours until optimal comfort is achieved. Noticeable relief is typically experienced within the first or second day. 

Ongoing Support - Take 1 softgel 3 times daily. 

Proactive Support - Begin 2 months prior to seasonal challenges. Take 1 softgel twice daily.
