Organic apple pieces, organic chamomile flowers, organic ashwagandha root, organic lemon balm, organic honey flavor.

Suggested Use

Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one sachet for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212" water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea sachet. Relax and enjoy.
