Suggested Use

For Skin: Apply a small amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil to the skin and massage. 

For Hair: Apply a small amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil to the scalp. Massage and repeat consistently. 

For Nails: Apply a small amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil to nail cuticles and rub it in. 

For Aromatherapy: Dilute a few drops of essential oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and massage.
