Suggested Use

1. Turn off heat source
2. Sprinkle one packet of FryAway Pan Fry powder in up to 2 cups of HOT OIL - stir until fully dissolved
3. Allow oil to cool completely
4. Scoop hardened oil directly into household garbage or organic waste bin

Smart Use:

• Remove food from oil before using FryAway
• Turn off heat source and do not expose product to fire or open flames
• Once FryAway is added, oil may not be consumed or reused for cooking
• May become liquid again at temps exceeding 120ºF / 49ºC
• Do not put oil down the drain
• For animal fats/grease start with 1/2 recommended amount of FryAway
• If oil doesn't solidify, reheat and add more FryAway powder
• If oil sticks to the pan, warm to loosen. Do not scrape.
