Suggested Use
- Turn off heat source
- Sprinkle one packet of FryAway Deep Fry powder in up to 8 cups of HOT OIL - stir until fully dissolved
- Allow oil to cool completely
- Scoop hardened oil directly into household garbage or organic waste bin

Smart Use:
- Remove food from oil before using FryAway
- Turn off heat source and do not expose product to fire or open flames
- Once FryAway is added, oil may not be consumed or reused for cooking
- May become liquid again at temps exceeding 120ºF / 49ºC
- Do not put oil down the drain
- For animal fats/grease start with 1/2 recommended amount of FryAway
- If oil doesn't solidify, reheat and add more FryAway powder
- If oil sticks to the pan, warm to loosen. Do not scrape.
