Suggested Use
The soothing mucilage can be made as tea or used in ointments, poultices, throat lozenges and skin care products.
Safety guideline: Take with at least 250 ml (8 oz) of liquid. Other drugs should be taken 1 hour prior to or several hours after consumption.
