Nutritional yeast is a popular flavor agent and dairy-free alternative to shredded cheese topping. This yeast has been harvested and dried, which inactivates it — it won’t foam or rise like baking varieties, but it adds plenty of flavor. 

The delicate flakes are perfect to sprinkle on your favorite foods, and a few tablespoons can be used to thicken sauces and soups. We’ve created this zesty blend to add fresh flavor to snacks, sides and meals.
