Suggested Use

Add complex, aromatic flavor to stir fries, roasted vegetables, noodles and rice dishes. Use as a meat rub for pork, beef or chicken. Use to enhance the flavor of soups or stews. Add to spice cookies, shortbread or pound cake, or add a small pinch to hot chocolate or coffee for a warm, exotic flavor note.
