These peppermint leaves are grown in an ideal mint-growing environment in north-central Oregon. Peppermint is a hybrid species, a combination of spearmint and watermint. It is commonly used in cooking and mint teas.

Suggested Use

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 ounces boiling water over 1 1/2 tsp of herb. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
