Suggested Use

Use a damp cloth to wipe down. Do Not machine wash, Do Not bleach, Do Not dry clean. Do Not iron. 

Cold Therapy Instructions: 

1. Please contact your medical professional to make sure cold treatment is suitable for your condition. 
2. Keep compress inside the supplied bag and store or place in freezer or fridge for 2 hours or more depending on your desired temp. 
3. Once the compress is sufficiently cold remove from the bag and gently slide the compress over the intended treatment area. 
4. Recommended use time: 15-20 minutes. 

Warm Compress Instructions: 

1. Please contact your medical professional to make sure warm treatment is suitable for your condition. 
2. Remove compress from the supplied bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test for comfort. 
3. If the compress is not warm enough reheat for an additional 10 seconds at a time to not overheat the compress. 
4. Do Not over heat the compress as it may cause damage to the user or the compress. 
5. Test for temperature compress should be Warm, not Hot. 
6. Gently slide compress over the intended treatment area. 
7. Apply for 15-20 minutes or as instructed by a medical professional.
