Suggested Use

Cooling Instructions: Remove the clay packs from the sleeve and place in the freezer for about 2 hours. When the clay packs are cold enough reinsert the clay packs back into the sleeve before applying to the desired area. 

Heating Instructions: 

Microwave Heating 

1. Start with a room temperature pack. 
2. Remove the clay packs from the sleeve and Place pack in the center of clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides). Make sure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning".
3. Microwave for time indicated below.
4. Check to make sure the temperature is suitable before application.
5. If hotter temperature is preferred, reheat for additional time indicated below intervals until desired temperature is reached. Before reheating, check all parts of the pack to make sure part of the pack is not too hot. Knead the pack to make sure temperature is distributed evenly. Rotate the pack 180 degrees before returning to the microwave.

Warnings

• Apply to affected area for no more than 15 minutes at a time, with 15 minute breaks between applications.
• Always use a soft cloth between the pack and your skin. 
• Always test temperature before using to avoid a burn or frostbite.
• If the pack application becomes uncomfortable, remove from affected area and re-apply later. 
• For Adults and supervised children only.
• Persons with diabetes circulatory problems, nerve damage paralysis or insensitive skin should use only as directed by a physician.
• Consult your doctor before treating any serious injury or when pain persists.
• Do not use in conjunction with liniments, balms or lotions. Do not overheat. Do not leave unattended while heating. Do not heat with any means other than microwave and hot water. Please note that microwave oven heating times vary and you may need to adjust the heating time to suit your preferred temperature.
