Suggested Use

Fill ice bag two thirds of the way full with either cold tap water, whole or crushed ice. Twist on cap tightly and apply to affected area. Note: It is important not to crush ice while inside ice bag. This can cause sharp edges of the ice to tear the inside of the ice bag.

Cleaning and storage: Inspect before use and discard if damaged. Before storage, wash out inside and outside of ice bag. Hang ice bag upside down to drain, letting it air-dry thoroughly. Store in dark, cool, dry place. Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of ice bag.
