Suggested Use

Put 1 teaspoon of FertiliTea into a tea ball or infuser, and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain out any leaves before drinking. 

Add sweetener as desired, and drink hot or cold. 

Enjoy 2-3 cups daily.
