Suggested Use

• Put your foot into a sheet and peel a sticker band on an ankle spot.
• Put the band to your ankle.
• Massage the entire foot to smear the solution.
• Take a break for about 45~60 minutes.
• Remove a sheet and rinse with lukewarm water.
