EDEN authentic Kukicha Twig Tea is made just as it has been for centuries in Uji, Japan. Slow, repeated roastings and long aging create this delightful tea. Kukicha Twig Tea is a soothing, centering beverage. It contains a very small amount of caffeine compared to regular teas or coffee. It is ideally suited to sip during and after meals, warm conversation, or for quiet contemplation.

Organic roasted tea twigs and leaves camellia sinensis.

Suggested Use

To brew a pleasant cup of tea

Hot: Use a ceramic, glass, earthenware, or stainless steel teapot or kettle. Heat water to a boil. Steep the tea for about 5 minutes. 

Cold: For iced tea, brew as above. After steeping, refrigerate or add ice. For a pitcherful use 4 tea bags to 1 quart water, 6 servings. Mix with fruit juice for a sweet taste and excellent children's beverage. Twig Tea is normally boiled, but the ground tea in this tea bag is made for steeping.
