Suggested Use

For Occasional Use Only: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for no more than 7 days continuously 

Short-Term Cleansing Program: As part of a 14-day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 14, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. If it is your first time taking this product, start with 1 capsule for the first 4 days.

Should you experience these symptoms, light-headedness, rapid heart rate, or shortness of breath, discontinue use and consult a physician.
