Suggested Use
Add one level scoop (30 grams) to 8 ounces of cold water, juice, milk, non-dairy beverage or blend with yogurt. When mixing, add liquid first then powder and stir briskly until completely dispersed. For best results, mix in a shaker bottle for 30 seconds. For a delicious smoothie, mix with crushed ice and fruit in a blender.
