Why Biodynamic®?

The world's oldest ecological certification, Demeter Certified Biodynamic® elevates the organic standards on regenerative agriculture. It views the farm as a living organism that's self-sustaining and follows the cycles of nature to create a diverse and balanced ecosystem. This promotes the overall health of the crops and livestock while returning life back to the soil for exceptional ingredients the way nature intended.

Dark Roast Brazilian Espresso

Solspring® Biodynamic® Organic Dark Roast Brazilian Espresso comes from Fazenda Camocim, located less than a mile from the foot of the mystical, monolithic mountain known as Pedra Azul, or "Blue Rock." Camocim Farm produces and cultivates specialty beans from coffee trees that are planted within the forest, allowing them access to rich soil and organic pest control from neighboring herbs and trees - a practice called agroforestry agriculture. Harvesting is conducted by hand to select the best coffee cherries while creating the least possible impact on the environment.

This Brazilian roast makes a smooth, full-bodied espresso that offers a bold flavor with a bittersweet finish. The delicious aroma of this gourmet brew will leave you in utter bliss, already looking forward to your next espresso shot or latte.
