Water, saponified coconut oil, saponified olive oil, potassium oleate, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, aloe vera, vitamin E.

Suggested Use

Body Wash: Pour on a wash cloth, sponge or hand. Lather and rinse. 

Shampoo: Gently massage a small amount throughout wet hair. Rinse.
