Suggested Use
Adults, take one (1) softgel every 3 days or as directed by your healthcare provider. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking product and consult a doctor. If planning surgery, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before using this product. If taking more than 100 mcg (4,000 I.U.) Vitamin D daily, Vitamin D blood level monitoring is recommended. Do not accept if seal is broken. Store between 59°-86°F. Keep out of the reach of children.
