Suggested Use
Adults take one (1) capsule daily or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Possible side effects include acne, oily skin, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), increased perspiration, aggressiveness, irritability and increased levels of estrogen. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or other similar symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
