Suggested Use

Initial (first serving) Directions: Start by taking 1 capsule to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Regular Use: Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes prior to your workout with a small carbohydrate meal.
