Bed Buddy® Hot & Cold products are a convenient flexible solution for temporary relief of minor pain to help you maintain an active lifestyle. Simply microwave for moist heat therapy or cool in the freezer for cold therapy.

Moist Heat: Penetrates deeply and quickly to temporarily increase blood flow, reduce minor pain and relax muscles.

The benefits of moist heat include:

• Deeper penetration into tissues than ordinary dry heating pads or gel packs.
• Temporarily relieves minor muscular aches and pains.
• Temporarily relieves minor pain caused by muscle spasms from strain or tension.

Cold Therapy: Bed Buddy can also be used cold after being placed in the freezer for 8 hours. Cold therapy is generally used to temporarily reduce minor acute pain and swelling during the first few days following an injury to muscle and/or soft tissue or inflammation due to athletic strains. Bed Buddy is flexible when frozen, conforming to your body and providing relief.

Heat Therapy: To use, apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes. Repeat every 2 hours or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Cold Therapy: Apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes. Repeat every 1 hour or as directed by a healthcare provider.
