Ingredients

Natural flavors, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium silicate, sucralose, steviol glycosides (rebaudioside m).

Total Caffeine Content per serving is: 200 mg 

Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 8-10 oz of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes prior to training sessions. Start use with 1/2 serving to assess tolerance and response, then gradually increase dosage to a full serving.
