Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, aqueous coating.

Suggested Use

Take three (3) tablets twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Ideal times include once in the morning and once 30 minutes prior to lunch. Drink at least 64 oz, of water daily.
