For a quick and easy protein shake, add 1/4 cup Whey Protein Powder to a glass of juice or milk. Mix and enjoy.
To make a delicious smoothie, blend 1/4 cup Whey Protein Powder with 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit, 1/2 cup milk or water, sweetener if desired, and a handful of ice (about 1/2 cup). Makes about 2 cups.
