Tips for using quinoa flour
You can substitute quinoa flour to half of the all-purpose or whole wheat flour called for in most recipes. It's a great ingredient for gluten free flatbreads, crackers and muffins. Quinoa flour has an earthy flavor that pairs well with fruits, nuts, and spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cumin and coriander, as well as herbs like rosemary.
